RESPECT THEM
The kind folks at your repro house and print shop accept dozens of disks and archives (from every idiot in town who thinks they're a designer) on a daily basis. They deftly handle, with grace and patience, all of the idiocy that we "artistes" can dish out onto a disk or into a Stuffit archive. They log hours on end on some of the most sophisticated, sensitive and complex equipment in the industry, so if you have a problem with your artwork, they've invariably seen it (and fixed it) before and can see it coming from ten paces. Their knowledge and skills are invaluable additions to our field and their services are essential to our success. Be nice.
