Our founder, Leigh Baker Ronco is a 30+ year veteran of the communications and media design industry including 17 years on the Web. Her specialty is well-built, user-centered, accessible, aesthetically pleasing online environments and communications that cross media, market and geographical boundaries. She's also familiar with (and practices on a daily basis) the fundamentals and issues of content development— its creation, presentation and underlying architecture.
She occasionally speaks and presents to large groups (in what she describes as, "the torture chambers"), including a MacWorld Expo. Her work was featured in a New Riders book on creating beautiful, standards-compliant websites within tight budgets, Web Design On A Shoestring by Carrie Bickner. Leigh's professional memberships include AIGA professional association for design, the IAI (Information Architecture Institute), the ISOC (Internet Society) and the IxDA (Interaction Design Association).
